One curriculum, however your team learns.
Every module works three ways. A person can read it at their own pace, a presenter can run it as slides, or an instructor can lead it as a team workshop where the room breaks into groups at each activity.

Then choose your pathway
After the foundation, everyone takes one pathway for their role. Staff take the workforce pathway, board members and executives take the leadership pathway, and both finish with the shared capstone.
